Canine Influenza Alert

There have been several positive cases of Canine Influenza in Northern Virginia recently, with one fatality.

If your dog is coughing, sneezing, or has nasal discharge, please contact your veterinarian.

Canine influenza is HIGHLY contagious to other dogs!
If you are coming into our office, we ask that you alert the staff prior to bringing your dog in the hospital if they are showing any signs of influenza so we can take special precautions.
